1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bte365 platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots lobby, crash games, and any associated mobile or web interface — you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bte365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bte365 platform. bte365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2. Eligibility

Use of the bte365 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that the Player accesses the platform:

• The Player must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using bte365 in any capacity.
• The Player must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-natural persons may not register an account.
• The Player must not be subject to self-exclusion, whether requested through bte365 or through any third-party responsible gaming scheme that bte365 participates in.
• The Player must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• The Player must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other individual or entity.

bte365 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

Each Player may register and hold exactly one (1) bte365 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bte365 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any pending bets, and confiscate balances associated with accounts that were opened in breach of this restriction.

When registering, the Player must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including a valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by bte365 for the purposes of account verification and regulatory compliance. The Player is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their registration details and must notify bte365 promptly of any changes.

The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including password and two-factor authentication codes. bte365 will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of an account where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdraw als

bte365 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.

All deposits are credited to your bte365 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bte365 does not accept deposits from third parties — all funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name, at bte365's discretion.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. bte365 will not be liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or by circumstances outside bte365's reasonable control.

bte365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account has recently changed contact details, or where bte365 suspects irregular activity on the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bte365 may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time each offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by the Player to whom they are offered and may not be transferred or assigned to any other account.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• bte365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such withdrawal does not affect a bonus that the Player has already begun wagering in good faith.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, placing opposing bets across accounts, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Deposits made using certain payment methods may be ineligible for specific welcome or deposit-match bonuses. Eligibility details will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bte365 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. The rules governing each sport, game type, and market are available within the relevant section of the platform.

• Sports Betting: Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published for each sport. In the event of an abandoned match, postponed event, or result disputed by an official sporting body, bte365 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes at its discretion, consistent with industry-standard practices.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game rules, payout tables, and RTP information are provided by the respective supplier. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of the round as recorded by the game server shall be final.
• Slots: All slot titles are powered by certified RNG engines. RTP percentages are stated per game. bte365 accepts no liability for losses arising from normal statistical variance.
• Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator operate on provably fair mechanics. The multiplier at which the game crashes is determined by a verifiable algorithm. Past outcomes do not influence future results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• bte365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error — and to correct any settlement error at any time, including after initial settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bte365 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to self-exclusion.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether personally or through an agent.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, or with platform employees, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected glitch are void.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. bte365 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bte365 platform, software, or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bte365 staff or other platform users.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

bte365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; or receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request from the Player — any verified balance will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable fees or outstanding wagering requirements.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the bte365 platform — including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game content licensed by third-party providers, and the bte365 brand name — are owned by or licensed to bte365. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to bte365 or its licensors, other than the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bte365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if bte365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bte365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bte365 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside bte365's control may temporarily affect platform availability. bte365 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

bte365 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bte365 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect Player data. bte365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for platform operation and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing internationally operated online gaming platforms. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of bte365, the Player should first contact the bte365 support team to attempt resolution through the internal complaints process.

To raise a complaint, Players should email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting documentation. bte365 will acknowledge all complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aims to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bte365 may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a material change is made to the Terms, bte365 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via the contact details held on their account. It remains the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the bte365 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and bte365 with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
